Gustavo A was born in Detroit and raised in Miami, FL. At the age of 16, he started listening to breakbeats and jungle but soon attracted to trance music. Over the last 15 years, Gustavo A has fallen in love with House music (Deep House, Organic House, Funky House, Clubhouse, and Tech House).
He did a lot of hard work and found plenty of ways to express himself musically. He is one to keep an eye on with his fantastic energy on stage and his power to inspire people to dance. He played at events like Barsecco, Hyde SLS Hollywood, Last Call & Noir Underground, Novecento, Shelter & Wayku Wynwood, Casa Nona, Novotel, Key Biscayne Yacht & Beach Club, etc.
Through this connection to house music, he has been able to craft a larger-than-life persona. His inspiration comes from DJs like DJ Aloona and Bryan Peroni. They made him believe that a great DJ turns a party into a blast according to your taste, where all feet are off the floor.
